Field Assignment - A New World With Insects

I spend lots of time making predictions in class, because a key process in science is forming testable predictions. Now it's your turn. Tell me what you your vision is of the importance of insects through the 21st century. Will there be greater insect problems? Will global warming increase or decrease agricultural insects? How will human population growth influence the importance of medical insects? Will new technologies like nanotech or biotech solve problems with resistance to insects or deadly diseases like malaria? Will human attitudes towards insects change? Whatever your view, make certain you justify your answer (as best as you can).
